みんなで踊ろう！大山ワワワ音頭
２０１５年、鳥取県大山町は合併 周年という節目の年を迎えました。
一つの町であるものの、なかなか町全体で作りあげるものや、
集まるイベントが少なく、
そこで、目をつけたのが日本に歌い踊り継がれる音頭。
大山踊る「ワ」プロジェクトは、
「音頭を通して大山町がさらに一つの大きな輪になりますように。」
そんな思いを込められた取り組みです。
完成した「大山ワワワ音頭」はこのプロジェクトのために招聘した、
アーティストのチャンキー松本さん、ポール川中彰平さんを中心に、
振り付けから演奏、衣装など、地元大山町民みんなで作りあげ、
現在は「１００年後も踊り継がれる音頭に！」と
住民の手で広げられています。
Let’s dance together! Daisen “Wa (circle)” ondo.
2015 marked 10th anniversary of the municipality merger of Daisen city in Tottori. Daisen city has become as one since the merger. But, there has been neither a particular thing Daisen city as a whole works for nor an event people can gather. Against this background, we then set our eyes on traditional dance song which has been succeeded by generation to generation. Thus, we launched Daisen dance project called “Wa” project wishing Daisen city would grow like a big circle through the traditional dance song.
